AB BLAST- 30 min Build core stability as you strengthen and tone your abs, back and lower body as well as improve overall posture.Classes focus on a wide variety of safe, effective strengthening exercises for your Abs
STEP REEBOK- 45 min Using Reebok Steps you can adjust the step height to suit your fitness level. An aerobic work-out stepping on and off blocks in a variety of easy to follow routines. Incorporating arm movements with or without hand weights, is optional, if you wish to increase the intensity & also work your upper body.
SHAPE, STRETCH & TONE - 30 min A combination of stretching & floor exercises concentrating on abdominals, bottoms & thighs without aerobic activity.
AQUACISE - 30 min A fun class for all ages. Aerobic & toning exercises performed in the pool. Often an ideal class during pregnancy or while injured.
CIRCUIT - 45 min A total conditioning class using exclusive Cybex equipment. The advance Cybex pin loaded machines provide the most effective circuit work-out you will ever do. Working at your own level it is a great way to lose weight, tone muscles, increase strength, improve endurance & aerobic fitness.
LOW IMPACT /FAT BURNER- 45 min A great class for all fitness levels. Set your own intensity with low impact aerobic moves combined with a muscle conditioning component.
STEP/PUMP- 60 min Cardio and conditining workout with 25min basic step plus 25min of weight bearing exercises working the whole body and finishing off with abs.
STEP ATTACK- 45 min Step Attack is a high energy choreographed class which is a combination of step, combat & aerobics on & off the step. It is a great fat burning, cardiovascular workout suitable for all fitness levels.
STRENGTH FOR LIFE - 60 min A supervised & individually tailored program specifically for over 50’s to regain & maintain muscular strength. Conducted in accessible, safe & over 50’s friendly environment.
STEP COMBO- 45 min This is a combination of Step Reebok and either aerobic or strengthening moves. 45 minutes class to give you a cardiovascular workout and increase tone.
BEGINNER STEP- 30 min Basic step moves for those who are new to Step Reebok or simply want a 30 min class.
STRETCH AND BALANCE- 30 min This workout combines Yoga/ Tai Chi/ Pilates. This will build flexibility and strength and leaves you centrered and calm. Controlled breathing concentration and a series of stretches and moves.
