A total conditioning class using exclusive Cybex equipment. The advance Cybex pin loaded machines provide the most effective circuit work-out you will ever do. Working at your own level it is a great way to lose weight, tone muscles, increase strength, improve endurance and aerobic fitness.

A great class for all fitness levels. Set your own intensity with high or low impact moves combined with a muscle conditioning component and a variety of stretching, weights and abs |

| PILATES – 45 mins |
This class progresses through a range of exercises which teach awareness of the breath and alignment of the spine. The class is also designed to strengthen the deep torso and postural muscles which assist with keeping the body balanced and the spine supported preventing injury. |

Step attack is a high energy choreographed class which is a combination of step, combat and aerobics on and off the step. It is a great fat burning, cardiovascular workout suitable for all fitness levels. |

| STEP COMBO – 45 mins |
This class is a combination of step reebok and either aerobic or strengthening moves. 45 minute class to give you a cardiovascular workout and increase tone. |

25 minutes basic step and 25 minutes weight bearing exercises finishing with abs. This cardio and conditioning class will work the whole body. |

| STEP REEBOK – 45 mins |
Using reebok steps you can adjust the step height to suit you’re fitness level. An aerobic work-out stepping on and off blocks in a variety of routines. Incorporating arm movements with or without hand weights, is optional, if you wish to increase the intensity and also work your upper body. |

A supervised and individually tailored program specifically for over 50’s to regain and maintain muscular strength. Conducted in accessible, safe and friendly group environment. |

Yoga is a form of exercise that uses slow movements and stretching poses. Yoga is about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. Yoga has been used as a meditation technique for thousands of years. As you exercise you meditate on what your body is feeling and try to be “one with the universe”.
Techniques in Yoga are good for relaxing and can assist with the effects of arthritis. |
